Samengevouwen papier dat zo vier bladzijden vormt, waarvan enkel de eerste bovenaan bedrukt is. Mogelijks diende het als een prentbriefkaart met veel plaats om een tekst te schrijven. De voorstelling toont een zicht op het Sint-Janshospitaal vanaf de Mariabrug en rechts daarvan het Ursulaschrijn (O.SJ0176.I), dat zich in het hospitaal bevindt, in een cirkel.
