Deze prent toont de praalgraven van Maria van Bourgondië en haar vader Karel de Stoute in de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk te Brugge. Maria van Bourgondië verongelukte in 1482 op heel jonge leeftijd na een tragische val van haar paard. Begin 16e eeuw werd in de tombe ook het hart van haar zoon Filips de Schone bijgezet. In de voorstelling bezoekt een familie de graven. De vader legt iets uit terwijl hij wijst naar het grafschrift. De lithografie is opgehoogd met wit.
